Who we are

m1m ("we", "us") is an online selling platform operated from Thailand. You can reach us at hi@m1m.store.

These terms apply to everyone who uses m1m: merchants who run a shop on the platform, and shoppers who buy from one. Where a section applies to only one of them, it says so.

Your account

One m1m account is one identity. The same account signs you in as a shopper at any shop on the platform and, if you open one, as a merchant of your own — we do not keep separate identities for the two roles.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping access to the email address it is registered to. Sign-in codes we email you are single-use and short-lived; do not forward them. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.

You must be able to enter a binding contract to use m1m. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

What m1m does, and does not, do

m1m is hosting and software. We provide merchants with a storefront, a catalogue, order handling and payment tooling; we do not own, stock, select, inspect or sell the goods offered on those shops.

The merchant is the seller. A sales contract for anything bought on a shop is between the shopper and that merchant. The merchant is responsible for what they sell, for describing it accurately, for delivering it, for their own returns and refund policy, and for any tax arising on the sale. We are not a party to that contract and do not act as an agent for either side.

Running a shop

If you open a shop, you are responsible for its content, its products and its conduct toward its customers. You confirm that you have the right to sell what you list and to use every image, name and description you upload.

You must not use a shop to sell anything unlawful, anything you do not have the right to distribute, or anything named under "Prohibited use" below. You must handle your customers' personal data in line with applicable law, including the Personal Data Protection Act. Our Privacy Policy explains where your responsibilities as a merchant and ours as the platform divide.

Your shop's subdomain is licensed to you for as long as your shop is active. It is not property, it is not transferable on its own, and we may reclaim a name that infringes someone else's rights or impersonates the platform.

Hosting credit

Hosting a shop on m1m is free. There is no recurring fee for your storefront, and an empty balance is not a reason for us to take your shop offline.

Merchants still hold a credit balance on their m1m account, topped up in advance. It pays for metered services we buy on your behalf and pass through at cost — checking a customer's transfer slip is the only one today, and its price is shown in the dashboard before you switch that feature on. Where the balance will not cover such a check we waive the charge rather than let the balance go negative, so we never bill you for more than it holds.

Hosting credit is a prepayment to us for our own service. It is not a deposit, it earns nothing, and it is not transferable between accounts.

We may introduce a hosting fee later. If we do, we will tell you before it applies, on the notice that "Changes to these terms" below requires, and you may close your shop instead of paying it.

Top-ups are non-refundable except where Thai law requires otherwise, or where we have withdrawn the service you paid for.

Store credit

Store credit is different from hosting credit and the two are never mixed.

A shopper tops up store credit at a particular shop, and that money goes to that merchant, not to us. We do not hold it. Store credit is a record of money the merchant has already received and owes that shopper in goods — it is the merchant's liability, not ours, and it is only spendable at the shop it was bought at.

If a merchant leaves the platform or their shop closes, any unspent store credit is a matter between that shopper and that merchant. We will help the two sides reach each other, and we keep the ledger, but we cannot pay out a balance we never held.

Buying and delivery

Orders on m1m are paid from store credit at the shop you are buying from. Payment and the sale are recorded together, so an order is never left half-paid.

Goods sold on m1m are delivered digitally — as text, a link, a key or an entitlement — and are usually available immediately after checkout. Delivery times, availability and any limits on a benefit are set by the merchant and shown on the product.

Refunds

Refunds on a purchase are the merchant's decision under their own published policy and applicable consumer law. A refund is returned as store credit at that shop.

Raise a refund with the merchant first. If you cannot reach them, contact us: we cannot overturn a merchant's decision on your behalf, but we can see the order, put you in touch, and act if a merchant is systematically failing their customers.

Prohibited use

You must not use m1m to deal in stolen credentials or accounts, malware, cheats or exploits, personal data, counterfeit or pirated material, weapons, drugs, sexual content involving minors, or anything else prohibited by Thai law.

You must not attempt to reach data that is not yours, probe or interfere with our infrastructure, evade a suspension, automate abusive traffic, or use the platform to launder funds or misrepresent who is being paid.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close a shop or an account that breaches these terms, that exposes us or our users to legal risk, or where we are required to by law. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first; serious cases may be immediate.

You may close your account at any time. Closing it does not cancel obligations already incurred — an order you owe delivery on, or store credit you owe a shopper, survives it.

Our liability

The platform is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or revenue, or for a dispute between a shopper and a merchant. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 1,000 baht.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. The date at the top of this page is when the current version took effect, and material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email before they apply.

Continuing to use m1m after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, you may close your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
