Merchant Overview

m1m is a storefront platform built for digital goods — licence keys, download links, private instructions, and anything else that can be handed over the moment payment clears. You get a branded storefront on your own subdomain, automated transfer-slip verification, and delivery that happens in the same instant the customer checks out.

Read this page before any other

m1m's money model differs from a typical online shop in two ways: we never hold your money, and customers pay with store credit rather than attaching a slip to every order. Once those two ideas land, the rest of the system reads easily.

One account can own many stores. Each store keeps its own products, customers, credit, and settings, fully separated from the others.

How money moves

This is the part new merchants most often get wrong. There are two wallets on m1m, and they have nothing to do with each other.

The customer tops up credit at your store

They transfer to your own bank or PromptPay account, or send a TrueMoney gift voucher to your TrueMoney number, then upload the slip or paste the voucher link on your storefront. The system verifies it and records store credit for that customer.

That money lands in your account directly. m1m never holds it on your behalf — which also means a forged slip that slips through is your loss, not ours.

The customer spends credit at checkout

The order total is deducted from the credit they hold with your store. If they are short, checkout sends them to top up first. There is no per-order slip upload.

The system delivers instantly

Keys, secret links, and messages are reserved and handed over in the same transaction that completes the order. If stock cannot cover the order, the sale is refused up front — you are never left with an order you cannot fulfil.

Hosting is free, but the store wallet is not your revenue

The second wallet is the store wallet. Hosting costs nothing, so the only thing it pays for is the per-transfer slip check. Your sales revenue never lands in it — you top it up yourself.

What the platform does for you

Products and stock

A product carries a price, media, a description, and optional variants. Stock, though, is never typed on the product — it is derived from the benefits attached to it. Attach a pool of 40 keys and the product can sell 40 units. See Products and Benefits.

Automated slip verification

Every slip is read from the QR code printed on it and checked against the bank — destination bank, account number, account holder name, amount, currency, and age, plus duplicate detection by reference id. Details and limits in Receiving payments.

A storefront you can actually edit

The theme editor gives you colours, fonts, logos, and content blocks per page, with a live desktop/mobile preview. See Storefront and theme.

Orders, receipts, and refunds

Every order stores a snapshot of what was bought at the time it was bought. Refunds return money to the buyer's store credit, and each customer has a page with their full history. See Orders.

Settings → Payment. Skip this and customers cannot top up at all, which means they cannot buy — see Receiving payments

Create benefits (the thing you actually deliver)

Keys, links, or text. This is what the buyer receives, and it is what sets stock.

Create products and attach those benefits

Price it, add media, write the description, publish.

Style the storefront

Theme, logo, contact details. Hosting is free, so there is nothing to fund before you open — the welcome credit already covers your first several hundred slip checks.
